Qualification: Any Degree.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of Experience in Customer Care Executive.

Timings: 09.30am to 6.00pm

Location: Nugambakkam

Salary: 13k to 20k

Job Description:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

· Experience in handling phone, email, and social media queries

· Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data management

· Ability to manage orders, payments, and delivery processes

· Skilled in guiding customers to choose the right products

· Capable of handling complaints professionally and calmly

· Experienced in fixing appointments as per client availability

· Team leadership and collaboration skills

· Customer-first attitude with focus on satisfaction and loyalty

Candidate should be able to promote our mobile application among customers who visit the retail stores Candidates should have awesome communication (English, Hindi) & convincing skills. Candidates should be able to work independently & stay motivated
