UX/UI Designer

As a designer joining our product team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with developers, designers, and a design systems manager to create a companywide Web Component based library and design system for global digital products. Your primary focus will be on crafting scalable Figma components and user-friendly documentation to support fellow designers and product teams in utilizing the design system effectively. Your key responsibilities and day-to-day tasks will include: - Applying a product-driven approach to ensure alignment with the design system's roadmap goals. - Designing new visual components and enhancing existing ones based on backlog needs. - Collaborating with the design system team to maintain visual and interaction design consistency. - Documenting component and interaction pattern decisions, and creating user-friendly documentation. - Staying informed about emerging trends and continuously expanding your knowledge. - Collaborating closely with other designers, developers, and product teams to ensure the design system evolves organically. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4+ years of design education or employed experience. - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Zero Height or similar tools. - Strong communication skills and the ability to drive alignment within a diverse design community. - Comfort providing assistance and demonstrations to designers from various teams. - Experience in international or European companies. - Bonus: Understanding of coding/front-end development.
