UX/UI Designer II

As a User Experience Designer, your role is to envision how people experience products and bring that vision to life. You will tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs for clients globally. Your leadership will focus not only on product design but also on the End-to-End Client Experience. Advocating for the user while balancing business and technical needs will be crucial. Collaborating closely with design, technical, and business experts is essential for success in this role. - Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features - Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas - Evaluate the usability of products and provide constructive suggestions for improvement - Plan, run, and synthesize qualitative & quantitative user research - Contribute to the Design System - BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in a related field - Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces - Working knowledge of a business or domain area - Must have a portfolio of past design work - Proficiency with rapid prototyping tools like Figma, XD, Axure, or Sketch Uplers is dedicated to making hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
