Overview: We are looking for a talented Graphic & UX/UI Designer with 1 year of professional experience to join our creative team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a designer to work across various exciting projects, collaborate with dynamic teams, and bring fresh ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and other brand assets. 2. UX/UI Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces with a strong focus on enhancing the overall user experience. 3. Logo Design: Develop unique, memorable logos that align with brand identity and project requirements. 4. Video Editing: Edit and create engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics for promotional materials, social media, and other digital platforms. 5. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure design consistency across all channels. Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non- technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1) 1 year of experience in graphic design and UX/UI design. 2) Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. 3) Expertise in Canva for creating quick designs and templates. 4) Experience in logo design, creating custom logos that represent the brand and messaging. 5) Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). 6) Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience in creating intuitive user interfaces. 7) Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition. 8) Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively in team settings.
