UX Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UX Developer who can bridge the gap between design and development by translating user-centered designs into high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Developers to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, high-quality front-end code
• Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Implement user-centered design principles to enhance usability and user experience
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into UI improvements
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
• Ensure UI consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services
• Maintain and enhance existing UI components and frameworks
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration
• Experience with Git / version control systems

UX & Design Tools

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
• Experience working with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Ability to interpret wireframes, user flows, and prototypes accurately

Good to Have

• Experience with Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, ARIA)
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)
• Experience with UI testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET not mandatory)
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies
