UX Developer

We are looking for a skilled UX Developer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience (UX) design and front-end development. This role requires expertise in creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, as well as the ability to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly web applications. , key_responsibilities:UX Design & Research:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.,Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to guide design decisions and validate concepts.Front-End Development:Develop and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring they are responsive and cross-browser compatible.,Utilize front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to build dynamic and interactive web applications.Design Implementation:Translate UX/UI designs into functional code, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.,Work with designers to refine and enhance design concepts and ensure consistency across platforms.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.,Communicate design and development progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders effectively.Performance & Optimization:Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and usability.,Ensure the user experience is seamless and meets industry standards and best practices.Continuous Learning & Improvement:Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.,Continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs and code to improve user experience.Skills / Scope:Bachelor s degree in UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in UX design and front-end development.,Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.,Experience with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.Skills & Competencies:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
