We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive user experiences and implementing visually appealing, functional interfaces. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to bring our digital products to life. Role & responsibilities UI/UX Design Translate user requirements and business goals into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product usability. Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems. Create User Journeys Strong foundation in visual design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout Implement responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js). Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva). Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and front-end development work. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries. Understanding responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with UX research methodologies and tools. Basic understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
