We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically appealing, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing designs.
• Develop and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve development decisions.
• Implement best practices in user-centered design, responsive design, and mobile-first principles.
• Work with designers to ensure that designs are accurately translated into high-quality code.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with front-end developers.
• Experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on creating user-centered designs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on AI/ML-based projects or applications.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Familiarity with design systems and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines.
