To drive our growth and success, we are seeking dynamic and growth-oriented individuals to design dream celebrations for our customers. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Present and promote our high-ASP services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition. Develop customised proposals and quotations working in close coordination with design experts based on clients' requirements and budget considerations. Get clients to close sales and secure bookings for celebration services against a pre-decided token amount for booking. Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure a good sales pitch. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 - 4 years of sales experience Strong work ethic and communication skills Multilingual is a bonus
