Utility Engineer - Pharmaceutical Industry

As an HVAC & Utility Maintenance Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, boilers, and water treatment plants. Your key responsibilities will include: - HVAC Operation & Maintenance: - Operating and maintaining HVAC systems such as AHUs, chillers, and air compressors. - Monitoring and controlling environmental conditions according to Clean Room Classification standards. - Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution. - Maintaining records of HVAC O&M activities. - Ensuring compliance with HVAC-related audits and validation protocols. - Boiler Operation: - Operating and maintaining boilers as per IBR guidelines and internal SOPs. - Monitoring steam generation parameters, fuel consumption, and equipment health. - Ensuring energy-efficient boiler operation and implementing safety procedures. - Conducting routine inspections and testing for optimal performance and compliance. - Water Treatment & RO Systems: - Operating and monitoring Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and De-Mineralization (DM) plants. - Ensuring water quality standards are met as per process or regulatory requirements. - Maintaining documentation related to water quality parameters, calibration logs, and equipment maintenance. Your required skills and competencies for this role include HVAC operations & maintenance, clean room classification knowledge, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance, boiler operation & safety procedures, energy efficiency & optimization techniques, water treatment & RO process monitoring, knowledge of quality and compliance standards, and strong documentation and SOP compliance. Qualifications required for this position: - Educational Qualifications: B. Tech / B.E. in Chemical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering - Certifications (Mandatory): HVAC Certification, Boiler Operation Certification / IBR Certification, Water Treatment Plant / RO Certification Please note that the job type is full-time and the work location will be in person.
