Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and capturing business and technical requirements. - Providing sales support to customers and salespersons through email and phone. - Preparing solution presentations/schematics based on the findings and understanding of the customers" business requirements. - Delivering product solution presentations to support the sales process. - Providing sales support in fulfilling RFI's, RFP's, compliance, and other customer requests. - Coordinating with clients for enquiry clarifications, quotations, and submission of required documents. - Researching local markets to identify and develop lists of new leads for sales team follow-up. - Having a good understanding of a range of Industrial Controls, Process Automations, Variable Speed Drives, PLC, SCADA, and software and analytics, including relevant networking. - Supervising daily operations and sales functions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. - Having basic knowledge and understanding of industrial communications networks such as Ethernet IP/ MBUS/ BACNET/ DLMS/ Modbus, etc. - Demonstrating excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills. - Developing and delivering engaging sales presentations to convey product benefits. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Coordinating with concerned departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and morning shift. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.,

The Onboarding & Billing Specialist plays a key support role in the setup and maintenance of utility billing services for new and existing clients located in Canada. This role combines responsibilities from both implementation and billing operations, ensuring data accuracy, proper setup of billing structures, and compliance with regulatory guidelines. While the role is non-client-facing, it supports internal stakeholders. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsible for monthly resident billing to include bill generation, quality control and pre-bill approval. Complete accurate on-time billing based on KPI standards of 95% Review and interpret lease agreements and billing contracts to identify and flag any discrepancies related to utility billing. Prepare and configure rate and billing setups using Excel and company-specific billing software tools. Assist in building and validating client utility billing templates and processes in accordance with contract and legal requirements. Enter, audit, and validate client setup data in internal systems to ensure accuracy prior to go-live. Submit tickets and update internal systems to document project status, next steps, and any dependencies for the implementation or billing teams. Perform back-end billing audits to verify the accuracy of billed amounts and identify any variances or corrections needed. Support the billing cycle through data maintenance, setup changes, testing, and production review. Maintain detailed documentation of all processes, setups, and issues encountered/resolved. Collaborate with internal team members across implementation, billing, and compliance teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations. Required Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and data validation) Ability to read and interpret contracts and regulatory documents Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving Excellent written communication for internal documentation and ticketing Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Supervisor Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printer. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Long period of sitting, working indoors on a computer for the entire shift. Expected Hours of Work Generally, Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST. However, additional days and hours may be necessary to accomplish all that is required in your role. Education and Experience B.S. degree preferred 3-5 years of account management, similar work-related experience preferred, or 1 year of experience as Account Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, or Billing Analyst.
