User Interface Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Sundew, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications. Your role will involve crafting innovative, scalable, and user-centric designs to contribute to the delivery of world-class digital products. Key Responsibilities: - Create and illustrate design ideas through storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps. - Work closely with clients to refine designs and obtain approval for production. - Design clean, elegant, and intuitive user interfaces and interactions to enhance user experience. - Ensure designs are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces, focusing on scalability and usability. - Collaborate with developers to maintain design fidelity throughout the development process. - Communicate complex design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders at all levels. - Create designs based on deep understanding of business requirements and user needs, focusing on user-centric solutions. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct design team training and provide mentorship for team growth. - Apply expert-level knowledge of UI/UX design principles to ensure functional, usable, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. - Diploma/Graduate in Multimedia/Design or a related field. - Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with mobile and/or web-based design. - Ability to work in a result-driven, data-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.,
