Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop front-end features using React18 and Next.js 14.x, applying MUI 5.0 for high-performance, consistent UI components.
• Design and implement user experiences that feel fast, intelligent, and intuitive for sales professionals.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to transform user workflows into engaging digital experiences.
• Build prototypes and production-ready UI in an iterative, feedback-driven process.
• Leverage AI development tools to enhance productivity, testing, and design-to-code implementation.
• • Implement best practices around performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in a production environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI using Next.js and MUI 5.0.
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of UI architecture, UX principles, web architecture, and component-driven development.
• Experience with the use of Feature flags, dynamic feature management and packaging
• Experience with the design of zero-touch, user onboarding workflows, and incentives to support product-led growth
• Experience leveraging AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, design-to-code platforms).
• Cloud development experience with both Azure and AWS, including cloud-native tooling, deployment workflows, and integrated GitHub Actions or AzureDevOps (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile product teams, especially in remote-first setups.

Bonus Skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Balsalmiq or other design/dev collaboration tools.
• Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, or data-driven dashboards.
• Familiarity with animation, transitions, and micro-interactions.
