About The Role

Project Role :User Experience Engineer

Project Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into tangible prototypes, ensuring that both technical feasibility and design intent are effectively balanced. You will engage in iterative design processes, gathering feedback and making adjustments to improve usability and functionality, while also staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in user experience design.
Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas and solutions.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience principles.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
