About The Role

Project Role :User Experience Engineer

Project Role Description :Accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and software engineering solutions to optimize user experience. You will translate design concepts into tangible solutions with a balance of technical feasibility and design intent, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead user experience design projects from concept to completion.

Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and coherence.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
