User Experience Design Director

As the Director, User Experience Design at Evernorth, you will lead the Hyderabad incubator for the Evernorth Digital team. Your primary focus will be on delivering targeted operational efficiencies through the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence. You will liaise with incubator teams and lead the Concept & Craft initiatives, setting high standards for disciplines related to Product Design and defining processes, work output, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality in product delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the Hyderabad incubator for the Evernorth Digital team - Delivering targeted operational efficiencies through strategic deployment of artificial intelligence - Liaising with incubator teams and leading the Concept & Craft initiatives - Setting high standards for disciplines related to Product Design - Defining processes, work output, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality in product delivery To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline - At least 10 years of experience at the cross-section of AI, UX brand, and digital marketing - 3+ years of leadership experience at the Senior Manager level - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects - Strong communication skills - Critical competencies such as Strategic Mindset, Drives Results, Action Oriented, Decision Quality, and Collaboration The Evernorth Digital team aims to redefine healthcare by inspiring positive pathways towards health, healing, preventative wellness, and vitality. In this role, you will blend aspects of AI expertise, Digital Creative Direction, User Experience Design, Information Architecture, and Product Design to lead the digital design team in the critical strategic area of Pharmacy+. Your duties will include focusing on operational efficiencies across Digital, defining KPIs, prioritizing product output, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and ensuring a common goal is achieved by the team. This position is based in Hyderabad with regular shift hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
