User Experience Design Director

The Director, User Experience Design at Evernorth plays a crucial role in leading the Hyderabad incubator for the Evernorth Digital team. The primary focus of this position is on delivering targeted operational efficiencies through the strategic deployment of artificial intelligence. As a key leader within the organization, you will have direct responsibilities including liaising with incubator teams and leading the Concept & Craft initiatives. Your role involves setting high standards for disciplines related to Product Design and defining processes, work output, platforms, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality in product delivery. The Evernorth Digital team aims to redefine healthcare by inspiring positive pathways towards health, healing, preventative wellness, and vitality. As the Director, User Experience Design, you will be responsible for blending aspects of AI expertise, Digital Creative Direction, User Experience Design, Information Architecture, and Product Design to lead the digital design team in the critical strategic area of Pharmacy+. Your duties will include focusing on operational efficiencies across Digital, defining KPIs, prioritizing product output, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and ensuring a common goal is achieved by the team. To excel in this role, you should have a background at the intersection of AI, digital product design, marketing, brand, user experience, and content strategy. Your ability to generate new ideas using AI, work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and lead the visual and experiential language of product journeys is essential. Building a positive culture, developing future leaders, and bringing products to life through storytelling are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, with at least 10 years of experience at the cross-section of AI, UX brand, and digital marketing, including 3+ years of leadership experience at the Senior Manager level. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and strong communication skills are necessary for success. Additionally, critical competencies such as Strategic Mindset, Drives Results, Action Oriented, Decision Quality, and Collaboration are vital for excelling in this role. This position is based in Hyderabad with regular shift hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
