Role Title: User Experience Design Lead Analyst Position Summary: As the GenAI Frontend / UX-UI Designer at Evernorth, you will be at the forefront of designing innovative healthcare products and applications, specifically focusing on GenAI capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, develop user personas, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and establish design guidelines that prioritize a user-centric approach. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, 5+ years in Frontend programming, proficiency in design tools and methodologies, coding languages, and experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field would be advantageous, especially with experience in the healthcare industry. Job Description & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and create innovative designs for healthcare products and applications centered around GenAI capabilities, ensuring intuitive usability is integrated with product requirements. Develop user personas, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design intentions to stakeholders and development teams. Create extensible API integrations and low code UI/UX solutions with short cycle times, focusing on information extraction, integration with GPT4, insights reception, and intuitive dashboard creation. Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards that advocate for a user-centric approach to product development, emphasizing user interface, interaction design, and user experience aspects related to GenAI. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to gather insights and enhance overall design solutions. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs while maintaining user experience and visual aspects related to GenAI. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in UI/UX design, particularly in AI-driven applications. Present and defend designs and deliverables to internal teams and key stakeholders, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization. Specific Skills / Technology Proficiencies: Solid knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for creating interactive and responsive user interfaces. Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and platform-specific guidelines for various applications. Programming experience in C/C++, Java, and Python, with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively. Proactive mindset with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and a portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, especially in AI-driven web and mobile applications. Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment and familiarity with GenAI technologies and design tooling. Working Hours / Location: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Industry / Domain Experience Needed: A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in Frontend technologies and UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries focusing on GenAI. Experience in healthcare applications like electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, or medical device interfaces with GenAI technology is beneficial. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, best practices, and accessibility standards is advantageous. Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and time-management skills. Experience collaborating with internal business leads to develop GenAI solutions and a creative thinker understanding industry challenges and opportunities.
