We are hiring for Sales Coordinator for USA Client (Night Shift Job) - Work from Home ONLY Salary Budget - 5 LPA Yearly CTC Location - Sector 34, Gurugram Job Role - On Direct Company Payroll Job Profile - Work from Home Only Job Timings - Work in USA shift hours (5 PM 2 AM IST) Job Description - Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for the USA region. Coordinate with clients over email and phone to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and resolve queries. Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates. Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and agreements for clients. Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely execution of sales orders. Monitor CRM system for lead tracking, data accuracy, and timely updates. Support the sales team with market research, competitor analysis, and data gathering for the USA market. Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to sales. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to maximize business opportunities. virtual meetings and coordinate occasional in-person reviews at the Gurgaon Head Office.
