The US Healthcare Client Credentialing / Onboarding Specialist position is a full-time job opportunity that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the credentialing and onboarding process for healthcare providers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the integration of healthcare providers into our network. Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough credentialing verification for healthcare providers, coordinating with various healthcare facilities and organizations to obtain necessary documentation, assisting providers in completing required paperwork, maintaining accurate records of credentialing information, monitoring provider compliance, collaborating with internal teams for a smooth onboarding process, and providing support to healthcare providers regarding credentialing and onboarding queries. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, previous experience in healthcare credentialing and/or provider onboarding, knowledge of credentialing standards and regulations such as NCQA and Joint Commission, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
