Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries promptly via email, phone, and chat, providing detailed product consultations to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare accurate order summaries and invoices, coordinating with the operations team for order fulfillment.
• Address post-sale and delivery issues promptly and effectively.
• Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
• Cultivate relationships with B2B customers to encourage repeat business and manage larger orders.
• Opportunities for growth into team leadership roles for candidates with leadership aspirations.
• Collaborate on enhancing sales processes, tools, and methods to improve customer service and meet customer needs more effectively.
• Ensure customer engagement reflects a world-class experience and promotes a strong brand image.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Quick learner with a passion for helping customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversations with US customers.
• Experience in US-based sales processes is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with USA accent training.
• Previous experience in voice, email, and chat support preferred.
• Proven success in US-based sales processes is a plus.
• Good listening skills are essential.
