US & UK Accountant

As a detail-oriented and experienced US and UK Accountant, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting for our clients. Your expertise in US GAAP/UK GAAP, tax laws, and accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms will be essential for this role. You will need to possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with international clients. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, preparing and filing US (Federal & State) or UK (HMRC) tax returns, assisting in tax planning and advisory services, generating financial reports, providing insights for business decision-making, supporting clients in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, as well as assisting in financial audits and compliance reviews. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is preferred. You should have at least 1+ years of experience in US/UK accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or other similar tools is required. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of US GAAP/UK GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as keen attention to detail are also essential for this role.,
