Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to assess and identify the needs of customers. You will ensure clarity of information, conduct thorough research on issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives. Capitalizing on opportunities to promote additional products to customers when relevant is also part of your role. Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers is crucial. By demonstrating commitment and going above and beyond in service, you will strive to provide exceptional customer experiences. Accurately documenting all interactions in the call center database is essential to ensure clarity and accessibility of information. Handling customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner is a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will process customer orders and sales efficiently within the computer system. Recognizing and escalating significant issues to supervisory personnel when necessary is part of your responsibility. Your tasks will include managing inbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, and providing comprehensive information regarding products and services. Proactively engaging with potential customers, delivering presentations on current projects, and services offered are also part of your duties. Conducting research using available resources to gather necessary information and ensuring all call information is documented in accordance with established standard operating procedures are critical tasks. Observing, documenting, and reporting trends in customer calls to the management team for further analysis is important for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software. - Strong understanding of customer service practices and principles. - Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with a preference for fluency in English (American accent is preferred). - Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations effectively and professionally.
