Job description:
A US Tax Telecaller role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, offer tax-related products or services, and close sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Responding to inbound inquiries and converting leads into sales
- Providing detailed information about tax products and services
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales conversion data
- Following up on customer requests and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:
