The current openings are for Blue Company, a part of Unison Globus that operates as a separate CPA firm entity. Ranked among the top 70 CPA firms, Blue Company has partnered with Unison Globus to establish operations in India. As part of this collaboration, we have launched a new branch in Gandhinagar (GIFT City).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review individual and/or business (federal and state) tax returns prepared by junior staff
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with US tax laws and regulations
• Identify and suggest tax-saving opportunities, corrections, and improvements
• Provide guidance, training, and constructive feedback to tax preparers and junior team members
• Assist in handling tax audits and preparing related documentation
• Maintain direct communication with US-based CPA firms and ensure strong client relationships
• Stay current with changes in US federal and state tax laws

Requirements:

• CPA / EA / CA preferred (or currently pursuing)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in US tax preparation and review
• Hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1065, and 1120 is mandatory
• Strong understanding of US tax laws — individual, corporate, partnership, and trust
• Familiarity with tax software like UltraTax, ProSeries, Lacerte is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
