US Tax Manager/ US Accounting Manager

Description

• Prepare and review US tax returns, with a primary focus on the 1040 (individual) and 1120 (corporate) forms.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Identify tax deductions, credits, and incentives to minimize tax liabilities for individuals and corporations.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive tax planning advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide guidance, and offer tax-related recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support for tax return preparation and review processes.
• Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities as needed.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all tax-related activities and client interactions.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduates from any discipline welcome to apply; expertise in US taxation for 1040 & 1120 forms preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in US taxation, with a focus on preparing and reviewing 1040 and 1120 forms.
• In-depth knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and Proficiency in tax preparation software and MS Office applications.
