US TAX MANAGER

As a US Tax Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a solid foundation for exponential growth and exceptional service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing strong technical expertise in federal and state tax returns such as individual, corporate, and partnership returns (1040, 1120, 1065). Proficiency in various US Tax software like CCH Axcess, Pro Series, and Drake will be highly beneficial for this role. Your role will not only involve tax-related tasks but also require you to excel in accounting practices. Effective communication with clients to build and maintain personalized long-term relationships is essential. You will be expected to research and analyze complex tax regulations and apply them to client scenarios, while also identifying tax planning opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and contributing to the integration of technology, including AI & RPA, into the process for improved efficiency and quality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, having strong people management skills and previous experience in this area will be advantageous. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in USA Taxation, specifically in preparing and filing US tax returns for individual, corporate, and partnership clients. While post-graduation is preferred, we are more focused on your demonstrated commitment and understanding of US tax laws, including the Internal Revenue Code and relevant state tax codes. Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also crucial for success in this role. The job timings for this position are from 2.30 pm to 11.30 pm with a 5-day working schedule. The job location is at Gift City, Gandhinagar, and immediate joiners are preferred for this role.,
