US Taxation Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review a variety of

  federal and state tax returns

  including individual, corporate, and partnership returns.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with

  US tax software

  such as

  CCH Axcess, ProSeries, and Drake

  . Experience with multiple platforms is preferred.
• Apply strong

  accounting principles

  , understanding that a great tax professional is first a great accountant.
• Design and implement

  training programs

  for new recruits at various levels to build a consistent talent pipeline and support career progression.
• Maintain long-term, personalized

  client relationships

  and ensure effective communication.
• Conduct thorough

  research and analysis

  of complex tax issues, and apply findings to specific client scenarios.
• Identify and advise on

  tax planning strategies

  to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Stay current with

  technological advancements

  and contribute to process automation using

  AI and RPA

  tools.
• Exhibit

  strong people management skills

  with prior experience leading teams or managing staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years

  of hands-on experience in

  US taxation

  , including preparation and filing of individual, corporate, and partnership returns.

• Educational background is flexible

  ; however, a

  postgraduate degree

  is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of

  US tax laws

  , including the Internal Revenue Code and applicable state regulations.
• Exceptional

  attention to detail and accuracy

  in all deliverables.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication

  skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and

  manage people effectively
