Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented International Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in international sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients (primarily US-based) over phone and email to promote company products/services.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client follow-up.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales.
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Willing to work in US Shift (Night Shift).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using MS Office/CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
