As a Customer Support Executive in an International Voice Process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the US market. The position offers a 2-month Work From Office (WFO) opportunity at the Thane location, followed by Work From Home (WFH) options based on your performance. This position requires you to work in US shifts only, with a focus on night shifts or rotational shifts. Candidates with a background in International customer service or similar processes such as US collections, medical billing, US/UK sales, or US retentions are highly preferred. You should possess excellent English communication skills and be a resident of Mumbai for WFO/WFH arrangements. The salary for this role ranges from 25k to 37k, with additional incentives, a 5-day workweek, and cab facilities for night shifts.
