Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
• Fresher's are eligible to apply
• Prior experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus!
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, and Construction based industries.
• Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
