About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to independently manage U.S.-based business brokerage transactions. This role involves handling the full deal process from listing to closing, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating directly with U.S. stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle independently pre-listing, listing, offers, due diligence, and closing.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate execution of legal and financial documents (NDA, LOI, APA, Bill of Sale, etc.).
  • Oversee due diligence management: financials, legal contracts, tax returns, operational documents.
  • Communicate directly with U.S. brokers, attorneys, sellers, and buyers.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. SBA requirements and brokerage processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation in DocuSign, DotLoop, Box/Dropbox.
  • Track timelines, ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines, and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Experience in real estate transaction coordination, mortgage processing, M&A support, or corporate legal documentation (U.S. process exposure preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of business transaction documentation and compliance.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and e-signature/document management tools (DocuSign, DotLoop).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and coordinate across time zones.
  • Flexibility to work U.S. EST/PST overlap shifts.
