About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to independently manage U.S.-based business brokerage transactions. This role involves handling the full deal process from listing to closing, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating directly with U.S. stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire deal lifecycle independently pre-listing, listing, offers, due diligence, and closing.
Draft, review, and coordinate execution of legal and financial documents (NDA, LOI, APA, Bill of Sale, etc.).
Oversee due diligence management: financials, legal contracts, tax returns, operational documents.
Communicate directly with U.S. brokers, attorneys, sellers, and buyers.
Ensure compliance with U.S. SBA requirements and brokerage processes.
Maintain organized documentation in DocuSign, DotLoop, Box/Dropbox.
Track timelines, ensure all stakeholders meet deadlines, and resolve issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
Experience in real estate transaction coordination, mortgage processing, M&A support, or corporate legal documentation (U.S. process exposure preferred).
Strong knowledge of business transaction documentation and compliance.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and e-signature/document management tools (DocuSign, DotLoop).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and coordinate across time zones.
Flexibility to work U.S. EST/PST overlap shifts.
