Job Title: Medical Insurance Specialist (Night Shift) Location: Onsite | Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Overview: We’re hiring a results-driven Medical Insurance Specialist to join our night shift sales team. If you’re passionate about helping people find the right healthcare coverage and have strong sales skills, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and engage potential clients via calls and online platforms Present and explain medical insurance plans Conduct one-on-one consultations and close sales Build and maintain client relationships Meet sales targets and update CRM records Handle objections and provide tailored solutions Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies Requirements: Sales experience (insurance/healthcare a plus) Strong communication & closing skills CRM & MS Office knowledge High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9056357498
