Job Title: US IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Work Hours: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Job Description: RSK IT Solutions is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of IT positions, primarily for US-based clients. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using various platforms including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing techniques. Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) positions. Work closely with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates. Effectively coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment. In-depth understanding of various US employment types (W2, C2C). Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. Proven ability to work with direct clients and implementation partners. Show more Show less
