Role & responsibilities Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and role specifications. Utilize a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates. Evaluate candidates qualifications, technical expertise, and compatibility with the job requirements through comprehensive screening processes. Assist in building and nurturing a network of IT professionals for present and future staffing requirements. Contribute to the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, collecting post-interview feedback, and aiding in the job offer process. Participate in discussions regarding compensation negotiations and employment terms with candidates. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industry. Experience with USA-based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUST. Experience recruiting US candidates on W2. Strong network among candidates, recruiters, and consultants. Working with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Indeed.com etc. Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc. Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals. Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
