Job Description

Candidate Marketing (Bench Sales) Promote available consultants to clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors. Submit resumes to job openings (direct client requirements or via job boards and vendors). Highlight consultants’ technical strengths and project experience effectively. Vendor Management Build and maintain relationships with vendor partners and clients. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and hiring managers. Job Requirement Analysis Understand job descriptions thoroughly to match consultants appropriately. Customize and format resumes to better match job requirements. Coordination & Communication Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients. Provide interview preparation and post-interview feedback to consultants. Keep consultants informed about marketing status, submissions, and client feedback. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all necessary paperwork (work authorization, ID proofs, etc.) is in place. Manage onboarding documentation once the consultant is selected. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
