Job Summary

US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Market available

  bench consultants (H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens)

  to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers to generate consistent requirements.
• Actively source new requirements using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, and networking.
• Negotiate optimal rates with clients/vendors while ensuring competitive margins.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients, and assist in closing positions.
• Maintain regular communication with consultants to ensure smooth onboarding and project transitions.
• Track and report daily/weekly activities, including submissions, interviews, and closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years

  of proven experience in

  US IT Bench Sales Recruitment

• Strong understanding of

  US hiring processes

  , visa types, and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
