Job Description

You will be playing the role of an Analyst, responsible for completing day-to-day immigration work assigned to you. Your tasks will involve completing assigned work within specified timelines and with exceptional quality. Monitoring mailboxes and providing inputs related to processes and technology will be part of your accountability. Your key responsibilities will include completing and documenting assigned work in accordance with quality standards, achieving expected outcomes, and rectifying any errors or omissions. Drafting Immigration petitions (IV/NIV) for the Americas region, participating in process improvement initiatives, and managing application drafting and mailboxes will also be crucial aspects of your role. You will be expected to share ideas for work improvement, collaborate effectively with the team, understand and apply the correct methodologies, tools, and technology, and update systems for tracking and billing inquiries. Proactively identifying technology issues, reporting activities as assigned by seniors, preparing adhoc reports, and contributing to other projects will also be important duties. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment, quickly learn and apply new technologies, exhibit strong organizational skills, prioritize tasks effectively, handle workloads efficiently, and meet strict deadlines. Basic knowledge of US Immigration, strong teamwork skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Qualifications required for this position include a graduation in a relevant field such as Travel & Tourism, Social & Political Science, Arts, Commerce, or Computer Applications. Experience in drafting US visa applications like H-1/L-1/TN/O-1/EB -1 NIW and managing GC processes is also necessary. Additionally, any foreign language skills and basic MS Office proficiency would be advantageous for this role.,
