We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior US HR Executive/SME in the US Staffing industry to join our team. In this role, candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding process for C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and 1099 contractors, as well as handling vendor contract amendments. Candidate will be co-managing a team of professionals, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with immigration laws and staffing best practices. As an expert in US staffing processes, candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring the timely and accurate onboarding of contractors to get them started on time, monitoring quality checks and auditing the daily emails to ensure that every query is handled properly without miss. Oversee and manage the onboarding process for C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and 1099 contractors, ensuring smooth onboarding in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Handle and manage vendor contract amendments related to staffing agreements, ensuring all contracts are accurate and updated to align with company and client requirements. Provide expert guidance on the entire vendor onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new vendors and contractors into the internal ERP system. Lead and manage a team of onboarding professionals, providing direction, support, and training to ensure efficient operations. Offer support for immigration-related matters, by issuing vendor letters and other supporting documents to ensure the timely processing/extension all contractors work authorization and in compliance with immigration laws. Develop, implement, and improve onboarding processes to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of the onboarding function. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in the US staffing industry, specifically in C2C and 1099 contractor onboarding, vendor management, and contract amendments. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US staffing industry, particularly around vendor onboarding, compliance requirements, immigration processes, and contract management. Team Management: Proven experience in managing and leading a team of professionals, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of onboarding and contract management. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams, vendors and contractors. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to address and resolve complex issues in onboarding, contracts, and compliance. Immigration Support: Knowledge of the process to support contractors requiring work authorization. Process-Oriented: Ability to understand and optimize end-to-end processes for onboarding and contract management.
