US Healthcare Onboarding Specialist

As a US Healthcare Onboarding Specialist at our office in Noida, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Must have 1.5+ years of experience in US healthcare client Credentialing and Onboarding. - Highly communicative with onboarding candidates to ensure their retention until they join. - Experience in healthcare credentialing. - Ability to read and understand immunization reports, drug reports, and other health-related documents of candidates. - Familiarity with client background check (BGC) requirements and executing them through various BGC companies. - Conducting USA state-specific searches and fingerprinting. - Familiar with licensure validation processes. - Knowledge of credentialing standards and regulations (e.g. NCQA, Joint Commission). - Familiarity with US tax terms to facilitate easy communication with candidates. - Understanding of timesheet-related queries. Qualifications for this role include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong desire for self-learning. - Ability to work on tight deadlines. - Comfortable with high-speed working under pressure. - Diploma or bachelor's degree.
