US Accounting Manager/Assistant Manager

As an experienced US Accounting Manager / Assistant Manager in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team while also handling individual accounting tasks for US clients. Your expertise in US accounting standards and strong client-facing skills will be essential in delivering high-quality accounting solutions and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for our US-based clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team while also performing individual accounting tasks for US clients. - Handle end-to-end accounting processes in compliance with US GAAP. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality accounting solutions. Qualifications Required: - CA or CA Inter preferred with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. - Strong client-facing experience in US accounting. - Prior experience in an accounting advisory or consulting firm is a must. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and work independently.
