US Accounting Executive

As a US Accountant at Ecliptic Insight Ventures Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day accounting operations for US clients. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, reports, and general ledgers, performing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and managing AP/AR. Additionally, you will support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable standards, coordinate with US teams and clients for financial reporting, assist with audits, and maintain the confidentiality and security of financial data. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Minimum 2+ years of experience in US accounting - Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting standards - Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) - Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage deadlines - Comfortable working night shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST) Additional Company Details: Ecliptic Insight Ventures Pvt.
