Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate (2022 pass outs only)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
• Maintain call records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Deliver an excellent customer experience with positive communication

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Graduate in any stream (2022 batch eligible)
• Comfortable with rotational night shifts
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude
