Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our Domestic Customer Support Process. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude to handle customer queries effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Must be comfortable with 6 days working and rotational off.

Shift: Day Shift
Salary: As per company standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
