Role & responsibilities To be a part of a highly motivated, young, and energetic product development Team. You will be handling high traffic web site operations, pro-active maintenance and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal working and performance of the websites. Assisting with mentoring junior team members, code reviews. To ensure code is clean, effective, simple, and follows coding standards. To advise, recommend, and justify critical architecture decisions to management. Mastery over database and code architecture best practices. Teaches all other engineers best architectural and coding practices, as per company coding standards. Solve technical problems by working closely with Engineering Managers, UX, Product Managers, and offshore teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Manage the delicate balance between implementation complexity, time to market and scalability. Team oriented, willingness to standardize code and architecture. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech/BE/BS/MS/MCA in Computer Science. 4 -10 years of development experience in PHP, Javascript , .Net, Java or any other similar programming languages. You have strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong sense of writing quality code. Hands-on technical designing, coding, and implementing product features. Strong experience in OOPS, Design Patterns, Design Principles ( SOLID ), System Design . Experience in designing and building web environments on AWS, which includes working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Docker , CI/CD, K8s, and S3 or any other similar services of other cloud providers. Experience building and maintaining cloud-native applications. Database experience of the following: PostgreSQL, MySQL , or MS SQL Server (Preferably PostgreSQL). Good understanding of front-end technologies ( React , NodeJs, JavaScript ). Passion for developing highly scalable systems. You are quick, resourceful, flexible, and an excellent collaborator. Experience participating in agile and fast-paced software development methodologies. Experience in collaborating in a cross-functional agile team to solve challenging technical problems with innovative solutions. Train members on code development, optimization, and debugging techniques. Can do best code reviews in a team. Can do the best comprehension of business requirements and optimal utilization of available skills, tools, and resources. Ability to work independently in all phases of software development. Candidates who are immediate joiners/ currently serving Notice period or maximum 1 month as Notice period
