Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Executive ( Travel Consultant) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in selling both domestic and international tour packages, capable of handling B2B and B2C clients, and must possess strong communication and coordination skills to deliver end-to-end travel solutions with personalized experiences. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:l Understand customer travel needs and suggest tailor-made itineraries. l Design and customize travel packages using travel software/CRM and partner portals. l Manage bookings for Flights, Hotels, Trains, Buses, Transport, Cruises, Helicopters, and Sightseeing. l Handle client communication via phone, Whats-app, email, and walk-ins. l Deal with Passport, Visa, Travel Insurance, Forex, and other related services. l Maintain strong relationships with B2B agents, B2C clients, and suppliers. l Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. l Share destination knowledge, travel advisories, and updates with clients. l Offer up-sell/cross-sell options such as luxury stays, private transfers, premium inclusions. l Generate sales reports and meet monthly revenue targets. l Contribute to marketing ideas for seasonal promotions or special campaigns.
