Urgent opening for QA Lead- Automation Testing

Location - Salem (Work from Office only)

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Testing Strategy

- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/Cucumber.
- Drive automation across UI, API, and backend systems. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

Performance & Reliability Engineering

- Lead performance testing using JMeter.
- Analyze system bottlenecks, database/query issues and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

- Use Docker for containerized test environments and reproducible test setups.
- Manage test infrastructure on Cloud Platform (AWS or Azure). - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless test environment provisioning and deployment.

Quality Governance & Compliance

- Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and metrics across teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks. - Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations. - Communicate quality goals and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Healthcare RCM (Preferred)

- Validate workflows and data integrity in healthcare applications.
- Understand RCM processes such as claims, billing, and coding.
