Skills:
Strong understanding of water chemistry, microbiology, and treatment processes. Basic laboratory skills, including the use of common laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, pH meters, and microscopes). Ability to conduct detailed chemical and biological analysis. Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards related to water treatment. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation (experience with software like Excel or statistical tools is a plus). Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills. Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for environmental sustainability. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative research environment. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Additional Preferred Skills (Optional): Familiarity with advanced water treatment technologies (e.g., reverse osmosis, UV treatment, ion exchange). Basic knowledge of microbiological testing methods for water quality. Internship or project experience in water treatment or environmental science is a plus.
