Job Description: Data Analyst Data Processing: Skilled in data cleaning, manipulation, and handling structured and unstructured datasets to ensure quality and readiness for analysis. Data Analysis: Connect, prepare and blend data from multiple sources to uncover trends and support business goals. Data Visualization: Design intuitive, interactive dashboards that provide insights using best practices in layout, colour and storytelling Salesforce: Build and maintain Dashboards and familiarity with Salesforce APEX code Tableau Development: Create visualization using calculated fields, parameters, Level of Details (LOD) expressions and dashboard actions. Log Analysis: Use OpenSearch or similar tools to query and analyse log or telemetry data. Database Management: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases to store, query and manage large volume of structured/semi-structured data. Security Standards & Best Practices: Apply data privacy and security best practices when handling sensitive log and telemetry data. Data Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and transform incoming data for analysis and prediction. Collaboration: Thrives working in a team environment as well as comfortable working independently with minimal direction Time Management: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tools: Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, OpenSearch, Python(pandas/NumPy), Google Sheets, Excel, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) .
