Job Description

We are seeking motivated Client Partners to join our team and drive successful engagements in cloud and IT services, specifically in Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, or Microsoft services. You will work closely with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure alignment with our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction and success.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely delivery and addressing client concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions in Salesforce, AWS, ServiceNow, or Microsoft Services.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Skills Required:

Salesforce OR ServiceNow OR AWS OR Microsoft Services experience.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Proven experience in client engagement or account management.
